Dermaplaning is a procedure that exfoliates your skin and gets rid of dirt and vellus hair, better known as “peach fuzz.” It's different from dermabrasion, where an aesthetician or doctor uses a high-speed, rotating brush to exfoliate the skin. With dermaplaning, they use a scalpel, or a tool called a dermatome.
Our patented dermaplaning wand resurfaces skin, removing dead cells and facial hair gently and silently unlike straight blade dermaplaning products and is gentle enough to use daily.

Simply pull the old head out and click the new head into the wand.
We expect a head to last for 2 months or longer when used with the Dawn and Dusk lathering cleanser under typical usage conditions.
The exact life of a head will depend upon your individual circumstances since it is impacted by how often you use it and the condition of your hair and skin. Using your wand with face washes and exfoliators other than the Dawn and Dusk cleanser can also damage and reduce the life of the heads.
For best results we suggest changing your head every 2 months or more frequently. This helps the wand maintain it's optimal hair removal and exfoliation performance and helps it stay clean/hygienic and minimize buildup of dirt and debris.

Step 1: Lather
Wet your face and hands. Lather one pump of our cushioning cleanser to your face. The cleanser is designed to help the wand glide over your face.
Step 2: Exfoliate & Remove
Remove the protective cap. Glide the wand flush to your face using small circular motions to exfoliate and remove hair. Use alight even pressure, like applying a serum.
Tip: Avoid raised areas of the skin like moles or acne
Step 3: Rinse
When done, rinse the cleanser off.

After each use, clean the wand by shaking under hot high-pressure water and let air dry.
Use only with our specially designed cushioning cleanser. Exfoliating cleaners can shorten the life of your head. Please do not use a q-tip, cotton pad, tissue or towel to clean or dry it as this may reduce its effectiveness.
Wet your skin and massage the Cleanser into your face, do not rinse off the cleanser before using the Dermaplaning Wand. Use the Dermaplaning Wand lightly, moving in a circular motion where possible. The circles can be 1-2 inches across, lightly and quickly covering your face. Around smaller areas of your face, use smaller circles. On your first use, we would recommend pressing lightly and not going over the same area multiple times so that you can adjust the amount of exfoliation for your skin type when you next use the Wand. Try to avoid “scrubbing” your face or only moving the Dermaplaning Wand up and down vertically. Avoid using the wand around eye area, eyebrows or on moles or raised skin.
